Our comprehensive player evaluation is calibrated specifically for baseball athletes ages 10 to 16, from competitive Little League players through high school junior varsity and varsity prospects. Every test protocol adjusts for physical maturity and baseline experience, giving young players actionable insights rather than intimidating comparisons.
Within 48 hours of completing the assessment, you will receive an official Digital Player Assessment Packet. This includes high-speed video breakdown clips, radar and sensor exit-velocity and throwing-velocity readouts, mechanical efficiency notes, and a structured 90-day developmental roadmap targeted to your athlete's primary growth areas.
The initial evaluation fee is $100, which covers full private cage access, sensor setup, certified coach time, and your complete digital report. If your family chooses to enroll in any recurring Facility developmental membership program within 14 days of your debrief, 100% of the $100 fee is credited directly toward your first month's dues.
Once you submit your athlete's information, our intake coordinator reviews your requested time windows and reaches out by phone or text within 24 business hours. We offer flexible weekday afternoon, evening, and weekend morning time slots to accommodate school and team practice commitments.
Every evaluation is conducted one-on-one by our certified senior coaching staff, comprising former collegiate and professional players with verified biomechanical training credentials. We pair each player based on their primary positional focus—pitching, catching, or position-player hitting and fielding.
Athletes should arrive in standard baseball attire (baseball pants or athletic training shorts, turf shoes or clean sneakers—no metal cleats permitted on indoor turf), their personal glove, their primary bat, and an approved batting helmet. All timing gates, sensors, and balls are provided on-site.
Yes, we encourage parents to observe the entire session from our dedicated mezzanine viewing area. Following the physical assessment, your assigned coach will walk you and your athlete through preliminary real-time sensor observations before the full written report is finalized.
